Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Only Looksmax account and all personal data we hold for you. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete from inside the App (fastest)

• Open Only Looksmax and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Data Management.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your profile (name, gender, age, height, weight).
• All photos you uploaded (removed from storage).
• All analyses, results, advice history and shared cards.
• Your entitlement / subscription records and consent logs.

Note: an active subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store / Google Play account settings to stop future charges. We may retain limited records where legally required (e.g. tax/transaction records held by the app stores), but these contain no analysis data.

Can’t access the App?

Email us at privacy@onlylooksmax.xyz from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Export first?

If you want a copy of your data before deleting, use Profile → Data Management → Export My Data in the App.
