Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Only Looksmax mobile application (the “App”) provided by Solarity AI. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Only Looksmax uses artificial intelligence to provide aesthetic, grooming and styling feedback based on photos you submit. The results are for personal, informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, dermatological, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any photo you upload is of yourself, or that you have permission from the person depicted.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate and store your analysis as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts another person without their consent.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Premium plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• One-time purchases unlock a single analysis and are non-recurring.
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, abusing the analysis service, attempting to access other users’ data, or using it to harass or harm anyone.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are inherently subjective and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for decisions you make based on the results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solarity AI’s total liability arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Data Management → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
